She has spent 26 years working in the Hospitality Industry in the United States and Canada in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Internet Distribution and Revenue Management where her responsibilities included working with Multi-Branded portfolios along with Independent Hotels & Resorts.

April 1 2009 – Jennifer McKenzie, Cooking Instructor & Food Consultant, Foodworx & The Milk Calendar
Jennifer will outline her journey from being a teenager who loved to cook (and eat) to becoming a freelance food writer, recipe developer, editor, café owner and published cookbook author — essentially making a profession out of playing with food. Learn how a recipe evolves from a concept to appearing in the pages of your favorite magazines and more about the world of food publishing. And as a special feature, the Holiday Inn chef will be preparing and serving the entire meal from one of Jennifer’s cook books! Lynda Rose leads the sales development and marketing teams at the Mary Kay Cosmetics corporate office and travels the country to mentor women experiencing success with their own Mary Kay businesses. She began her career in the cosmetics industry more than 25 years ago as a model and makeup artist and in 1984 she joined Lancôme Cosmetics and was soon promoted to Account Executive, working with such established retail chains as Eaton’s, Sears and Holt Renfrew to achieve top sales in Canada for 1987, 1988 and 1989. This year's finale is being held at Viamede Resort on beautiful Stoney Lake. Along with a succulent, marché-style buffet, there will be live entertainment by Evans & Evans, followed by social time with music and dancing for those who wish to boogey!
